One thing Entrepreneurship taught me as i was building SamBoad Business Group Limited is that the first level of leadership isn’t ‘Personal Leadership’ but ‘ Mind Leadership ‘.
Your ability to control your thoughts and how you react to them as a leader. Your ability to stay calm amidst chaos so your followers or employees don’t get anxious. Your ability to block negative emotions from your mind and allow only positive ones. Your ability to still make sound decisions in crisis.
That is MIND LEADERSHIP and is the first level of leadership. After it comes the Personal Leadership you know about. As a leader, it is your responsibility to train your mind for the sake of the people you are leading. Definitely not easy but certainly doable.
