My 6 Powerful Ways to Turn Your One-Time Customers to a Forever Customers Online

When I get on consultations with Online Business Owners/Brands concerning customers, one of the major questions they throw at me is “how can I get new customers/clients and retain them on social media?” ​
Most times, when I ask a couple of questions, I realize that they are looking at angles they shouldn’t be 100% focused on. ​
If you are an Online Business owner and you are 100% focused on finding new customers every day, can you please stop for 1 minute and ask yourself this question. ​
📌 “How can I turn a one-time customer to a returning customer?” ​
I want to answer this question in detail. If you have discovered that people patronize you once and never come back, don’t be quick to blame village people, i beg​

​​1. 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠 𝗔𝗡 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗧 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 ​
Nobody will come back to you again if the first time they patronized you. ​
📌 You gave them a low-quality product/service.​
📌 Your customer service was horrible.

​Before casting and binding, calm down first and ask yourself this hard question.

📌 “With the way I treated this customer and the kind of product I sold to him/her; will I patronize myself again if I were the customer?” ​

​If your honest answer is yes, congratulations

If your honest answer is no, you have a lot of work to do.

​2. 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘 ​
Beyond the product/service you sold to them, one way to turn your one-time customer into a forever customer is to show them that you truly care about them.

📌 Did you sell weight loss products to them? ​Don’t just dispatch it and expect them to have a
wonderful time. After a while, reach out and ask them if they liked the product. Did it work for them? 🤔

📌 You offered a service? Follow-up and ask them how things are going, even after a while. ​I have this as an SOP. Once a client comes aboard my one-to-one Coaching Program, I follow them up from time to time, even after the program is over.​

​This helps you to stay top of mind and also ensures that the customer thinks of you as being caring.

​3. 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗔𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗨𝗦 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗖 𝗕𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗦. ​
One of my clients who I taught this in my Personalized Coaching Program leveraged this strategy to s.ell 13 units of a 6k product within 48 hours. ​ Although she went on to do 6-figures from only this strategy out of the many I showed her, she realized over 78k within the first few hours of trying this out. ​Yesterday was Easter day.

📌 Sending them warm regards on their wedding anniversaries (especially if you are a wedding planner). ​
📌 Sending small gifts on their children’s birthdays. ​
📌Just throwing in something extra the next time you are about dispatching their order to them. You might be shocked at what a handwritten appreciation note can do.​

​When you do things like these, you let them know that they are important to you – beyond their money. If you can go the extra mile to find out important dates and celebrate with them, don’t you think they would be more likely to want to come back to you again? ​

Here’s another quick tip. Content Marketing is the greatest Marketing strategy of all time. ​Because every single thing you’d be doing online is 100% dependent on your content. If your content game is at its peak,
congratulations again. ​If not, you have a lot of work to do, my dear. A lot of work! ​Use your Content to nurture your customers, so you can get them to keep coming back. Again, and again.
