Abdul Salam Nuhu popularly known by the artist’s name Elroy Salam is a fine art and fashion photographer based in Accra, Ghana.
Elroy started photography in 2015 as a self-taught artist and gained most of his knowledge through watching YouTube tutorials.
As an introvert, he uses photography as a means of escape and also a medium to convey his feelings and personify his thoughts and imagination.
Currently, Elroy Salam works as a photo artist using photography as a medium to channel his emotions and experiences to communicate about topics his audience can relate to as well as address issues that involve social and personal development.
Elroy in a tweet said his goal remains trying to improve lives through his work.
He has been featured on notable platforms such as 500px, CNN Travel, and Vogue, among others.
He expresses powerful emotions through moody scenes and surreal imagery, evoking sombrero feelings and hints of loneliness.
