1. WHAT KIND OF QUESTIONS ARE MY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS ASKING BEFORE MAKING A BUYING DECISION?
You must be able to put yourself/products out there as answers to the questions your potential customers are asking. Having a foreknowledge of the possible questions your potential customers would ask gives you an edge and providing the answers is a good way to attracting them. For example, if you are into catering/food business. A lot of people who travel to new places and lodge in hotels are looking for where they can eat good food. So where do they go to ask these questions, Google, social media or even the hotel receptionist. Providing answers to their questions, on the proximity of your Restaurant to their hotels, if you do deliveries, your menu options, affordability and so on. This puts you as the first and most probably the only option they would consider. Anytime you can answer your potential customers questions, you are half way from making a sale.

And while for others it could be something as serious as getting the right diet plan/weight loss program/program or else it could lead to serious health problems that may lead to death. Whichever the case, once you have a solution to the problem your potential customers is facing, then you are on your way to landing a paying client.
